- LNLester NygaardOct 18, 20255.0Stopped in here because I stupidly backed into a pole the other week and while I was driving I heard a loud crunch and lo and behold my back bumper had dislocated and fallen into a dangerous position. Not sure what to do, I sought the expertise of the guys at AutoZone. This isn't the only time these guys have gotten me out of a jam, so I have to say this location is a true gem. But on this occasion the gentleman who helped me, Patrick, was quick to aid me and he was able to help me move the bumper back into position, secure it onto the brackets, and secure all of the clips that had fallen out of place. Incredible service! He saved me an expensive trip to the mechanic and bailed me out of a dire situation, this place is amazing, I can't recommend it highly enough!

Mike, the manager went out of his way to help me. This was the second time one of my sensor lights came on. Two weeks ago my engine sensor light came on. They checked it for me and luckily it was just my gas cap not put back properly. I highly recommend this location for all your car needs. Thanks again! I truly appreciated your help!

Mike the manager offered to help and he completely went out of his way to make sure everything was right. I thought customer service was dead - however Mike proved me wrong, he ended up calling their help desk - spent a good amount of time dedicated just to helping me out. In the end he was able to return my product. Autozone earned itself a customer for life.
