  Prior to replacing the windshield, I specifically asked the tech not to damage anything around the perimeter, the windshield came out ok, the tech completely damaged the MVC inspection sticker,, making the number for the month barely legible, now I have to waste time getting a replacement.

  I went in here for my windshield replacement I had scheduled 4 days ago. There was confusion on my appointment time as soon as I checked in. On the phone I remember scheduling for 10 am but they had it as 9 am. Even if they had me reschedule for that reason saying I was late to the appointment, I wouldn’t be leaving this review for bad service. They also went on to tell me that they had the wrong part for the service and quoted me 600-700 more than my initial estimate. Any feedback that I gave about mentioning this beforehand about a possibility of having to need different parts after seeing the car was taken personally. And when I mentioned I chose this location over other locations for a better rating, that was taken personally too. I would never come back to this location.

  My windshield had to be replaced after the Blizzard in NJ blanketed the windshield with 20+" of snow and got cracked while cleaning the snow and ice off of it. Safelite was extremely accommodating with appointment rescheduling. When I finally had Safelite come to my home to replace it, the technician was extremely friendly and professional replacing the windshield, recalibrating all the sensors and road-tested to verify everything was working properly. He then cleaned any mess made collected his payment and was on his way. I recommend Safelite to anyone needing auto glass replacement.

  Immediate response to need of entire windshield replacement. Damage was not done during use of vehicle, entire shield cracked in half over several weeks of bad weather while parked. Car was 21 yrs. old. Customer service very polite and service technician on time, quickly done and friendly. Got this repair done through my Allstate Insurance for no fee to me. Very happy.

  Hicieron un muy buen trabajo. El que vino a mi casa Una exelente persona. Hizo su trabajo muy vien. No lo dudaria se me tocara remplazar el vidro del frente de nuevo. Esta compania se las recomiendo a Cualquier conductor. No necesitan ir donde ellos, ellos llegan à la casa. En menos de Una hora usted tiene todo listo.
