  Had my tire pop when driving home from work today and they fit me in so I could make it home. Ance made sure I was taken care of and was very kind she helped make my day better. Everyone there was super helpful, kind, and definitely made my experience there good.

  Outstanding service, I had a much bigger problem than I thought I had, and they addressed it super efficiently and professionally. They truly saved an upcoming trip I had to take in a couple of days, which would have been highly problematic without fixing the problems. Outstanding service by Rob, Brian, and Anna!!!   Edit: they reached out and fixed their mistake. Kudos to them for doing it. TL;DR - they changed the wrong tire and did nothing to make it right. I took my car there a few weeks ago to patch my rear passenger tire. Knowing that it had already been patched, I figured I would need to pay for a new tire. The tire wasn't in stock so I had to bring it back a few days later. Showed up on a Wednesday morning, they had me in and out in less than 90 minutes. Wednesday evening, I received a notification that my tire was again flat. As this Midas was 25 minutes from my house, I took it to a local shop to see what had happened. The lady confirmed in 20 seconds that the new tire was the front passenger, not the rear. I took it back to Midas and explained they changed the wrong tire. After an hour of looking at it, they realized their mistake. However, the tire they took off less than 12 hours before was apparently no longer at the store. Their offer to me was to "only charge me" the wholesale price of a new tire. I said that was unacceptable, as it was their fault, and they owed me a tire. One of the guys said it was his boss's call, and they would call me in the morning. They never called. I called back a week later. I got the same reply - it's the boss's call and he'd call me back. No call back. I called the Midas number to get a solution. They called the store. A few minutes later, the same guy called me and said...you guessed it..."it's the boss's call and he'll call you in 30 minutes." Never got a call. Once the workers realized their mistake, they were super apologetic and were actively seeking ways to help. They ended up patching my tire from the inside, and the guy who did it (I forget his name) said "it's good for the life of the tire, but that's not right by you" which was a pretty stand up thing to say. However, I still need a new tire as the light is still on. I have no problems with any of the workers at the store, as mistakes happen, and they owned up to it and tried to help. However, the owner of this particular store still has not provided any contact whatsoever, and his one offer to me was to buy another tire. I cannot recommend this place because of that, and will not be returning. If I those workers were not there, I would rate this store below zero stars.

  I had an unexpected flat tire on a Saturday, but fortunately, as I was pulling off the road, there was a Mavis right in front of me. I pulled in and was immediately helped by Ana, who was polite, professional, and very understanding. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were clearly busy, she assured me they would do their best to take care of me as soon as possible. Nelson also assisted by coming out to inspect the tire. He quickly determined that it needed to be replaced, and together he and Ana checked their inventory and found a suitable replacement for me. They brought my vehicle into the shop, and the technician handled everything with great care. He removed the damaged tire, neatly bagged it so it wouldn’t dirty my vehicle, and placed it in the back of my van. The new tire was installed and balanced efficiently. From start to finish, the entire process took about an hour. The service was courteous, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate how well everyone worked together to help me, especially on a busy Saturday without an appointment. I only wish I had gotten the technician’s name—he did an excellent job and showed real attention to detail. Great experience overall. This company should be proud to have employees like Ana and Nelson. Thank you again for your help!
