- SCSharon CarmonaOct 29, 20251.0First, the technician was two and half hours late, and came when it was dark out, he overfilled the small tiny crack with to much of whatever they inject into it, which caused the crack to spread up the windshield, not to mention glue drops all over the windshield. I called the manager who said they would put the money I paid for the fix towards a new windshield, which is clearly much more money. Not to mention I just had the windshield tinted for heat and sun block , The new windshield from Audi is $4,100. So thanks Safelight for turning a crack that was smaller then a dime, into a giant crack which now needs to be completely replaced. Do not use this company, they do not stand by their work.
