- SOStephanie O3 days ago1.0I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could! Stay far away from this place! They are a bunch of scam artist and inexperienced, untrustworthy guys! They charged me almost $1,400 to change my rear brake pads, rotors and calipers, but failed to tell me that my rear spindles and control arms are completely rotted out! They then tried to quote me another almost $1,800 to fix my front suspension, but I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere instead, in which the other more experienced guys told me it will easily cost me over 15k to get my car fixed! The other guys also told me that work should have never been done since it wasn’t worth spending the money on a car that wasn’t even worth half of the 15k, and on a car that’s 15 years old. Instead of Mavis discount tires being honest and telling me it wasn’t worth getting anything fixed on the car, they decided to scam me out of $1,400 instead! I live on my own and work very hard, and this isn’t money I can afford to just throw away! I will never go back to this company even if they were the last tire shop on earth. I had to hurry up and get rid of my car and look for another one considering that it was very dangerous to drive with bad front and back suspensions, in which could have resulted in a deadly accident, especially since I drive on the highway to get to work! I just want my money back and they won’t give it to me, so guess I will be seeing them in court!

He walked mr through the steps they did to inspect what the issue was. They found out it was a small nail in the tire. They had plugged it but it ended up leaking again after 2 days. I came back to buy a new tire from them because I'm big on first impressions and customer service. The way Brandon handled the situation as well as with me being a wheelchair. He's always willing to help while on the job or going above he job description and helping me load my chair back into my car.

Kevin the service manager that was at the desk, took care of me in a quick matter. Got my vehicle in within minutes my car needed some repairs, and Kevin was able to give me a great deal on front brakes. Thank you again. But one thing i do want to put to light, The store manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Him mumbling and yelling things across the waiting room while customers were present, acting as if no one else was there. It was embarrassing to witness and made the entire experience uncomfortable. Someone in a management position should know how to act around guests and set an example, not create chaos and tension in the store. Definitely not the kind of leadership a business should have

I should have known to ask for someone more professional as soon as I saw him wearing his hat sideways! Before getting any repairs done, I walked out and swore I'd never go back to this store again )) It wasnt until a friend of mine told me what a lovely experience she had with assistant manager, Kyle. I decided to give it one last shot and went back in for tire rotation and alignment & boy was I blown away by his professionalism! They were beyond kind, helpful & accommodating- and even gave me a great discount (maybe to make up for Nelson's B.S lol) Such a smooth experience, all around. Thank you Kyle & team for making such a difference- I will definitely be putting a good word out to my family and friends as you are very much so, appreciated! Steer clear of the homie with the sideways hat everybody- you can usually find him catching some Zzz's behind the desk
