  Eric has been nothing but exceptional towards me! He helped me get into a last minute rental and throughly explained the process to me. There were no surprises upon pick up or drop off and each interaction was only a few minutes long. I would highly recommend this enterprise for anyone looking for a quick smooth transaction. 5 Stars all around.

  Was charged 1 extra day for my rental. I've tried to resolve it on multiple attempts with the employees telling me " they adjusted the reservation and will receive a refund" to no avail. Now I just get put on hold for 20 mins or hung up on. Just awful customer service

  I had an outstanding experience working with Eric and Joanna — they truly go above and beyond for their customers. From the moment I arrived, they made the entire rental process smooth, professional, and stress-free. Both Eric and Joanna were extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing the best possible service. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Eric and Joanna — they set the standard for excellence and truly make you feel valued as a customer.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. Despite having a reservation, I had to wait over an hour with no car ready. When they finally offered me a vehicle, it was dirty, smelled terrible, and had seat issues. I mentioned the problems, but instead of fixing their mistake, the staff told me I could either pay an extra $10 per day for a different car or take the old, stinky one. The attitude of the employees was rude and unprofessional, and they showed no accountability for the situation. I expected much better service from Enterprise. Overall, this was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had — unhelpful, disrespectful, and poorly managed. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

  I left a garage opener during return. I returned the car pretty close to their close time, so by the time I realized it, they were already closed. I went back as soon as they opened the next morning (Sat), only to be told that the car has been sent to service. I followed up regarding status pretty much every day the following week, but no update. No one seems to care enough, obviously because finding a lost item doesn’t help their sales. Another week passes, I decided to stop in person again, because they almost never pick up calls. They told me that car has been rented out through Newark Airport location, and that now they don’t have any control over the car. I don’t hate Enterprise but I will avoid this location in the future.
