  Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I was told there was no car available to swap, which is very hard to believe for a major car rental company. The lack of options and flexibility was frustrating and inconvenient. Poor communication and unreliable service made what should have been a simple rental unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  My experience with Enterprise was absolutely fantastic. The staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. The rental was swift and seamless, and the vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and ready right on time. They took the time to clearly explain everything and ensured I felt comfortable before I drove off. The customer service truly stood out—friendly, attentive, and effortless. I wholeheartedly recommend Enterprise and look forward to working with them again soon.

  Very poor customer service. When I arrived to pick up my reserved car, the employee had only one car available and gave me multiple excuses. Another car without keys and she wasn’t sure how they returned a car without keys, another car that needing oil change and so on. Instead of finding solution, I was dismissed. When I asked if another location could be contacted to see if they have any available, I was told they probably didn’t have any cars due to snow, without even checking. Not real effort was made to help or find an alternative solution. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service and accountability. I left feeling dismissed and inconvenienced. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

  The 11 E Anderson St. Enterprise Rental Car office has been my go to for rental service for years. Their professionalism has remained excellent across all my rental needs: vacations, emergencies or work.

  Horrible Experience – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I had a terrible experience at the Enterprise location in Hackensack. From the beginning, the employee who assisted us repeatedly assured us that the rental car was fully covered through insurance. We were also told that because the vehicle being repaired was a minivan, we were entitled to a larger replacement vehicle. However, we were informed they only had small cars available at that moment again fully covered through insurance. Additionally, the employee never allowed us to go inside the office. She repeatedly told us to “wait out here” and handled everything outside using a tablet. At the time, we trusted the process and the information we were being given. Weeks later, I was shocked to see a charge of over $500, with no prior email, no phone call, and no invoice. I only discovered this charge by noticing it on my credit card statement. I returned to the location to speak with a manager and get clarity. Unfortunately, the manager, Drew, was hostile, dismissive, and extremely rude. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, he immediately defended the employee who assisted us. That same employee went inside and never returned to speak with us, which felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, the contract is nowhere to be found, and despite emailing corporate, I have received no response. This entire situation has been stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable with honest communication and basic customer service. I expected far better from a company like Enterprise and would strongly caution others to get everything in writing before renting from this location.
