  Came to this store to purchase windshield wipers. Had them installed at this location and with in a month time frame they came off my car. I called the store to ask if someone can help me with a replacement or even a discount of 5% on the new purchase. The store manager David Motta. Was super unhelpful told me if I was to buy a car would the dealership replace it. Total unprofessional. The employees are lacking the ability to do installation correctly and the store has terrible customer service when the issue stated with them

  I had a fantastic experience at Autozone! Despite being busy, the staff attended to me quickly and were extremely attentive to all my needs. Their excellent customer service truly stood out and made my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of auto parts or assistance!

  I was stuck, as my car hardly drove well & had no heat. My Fiat needed a new Mopar radiant hose outlet and after my niece lent me her car to get the OEM one from EastChester CDJR. Yet, when I got back to my car was stuck unloosening a clamp. I called AutoZone to see if they could loan me the part and Vincent, like Barack Obama, said, “Yes, we can!” I got there and Joel helped out get everything ready with extenders but could seem to find the match this small bolt. Ashley provided me with 2 other bolts, but none felt right. She said they probably don’t have it and recommended Advance nearby. Went there and they charged me to try and see if the part fit. It didn’t. I returned it instantly within 5 minutes of their 9pm closing. During the financial transaction I noticed my Driver’s License missing from my wallet. The last time I used it was to hand it to Joel for the loaned parts. I called back & Ashley informed they had it. I made it back there and Ashley introduced me to Jordan, a diesel mechanic. He took over and finished all I started better than I ever could do and taught me a lot during the process. Thanks for being you Vincent & Joel, but most importantly, Ashley for setting me up with Jordan & selling me the extra oil I needed! I now have my car properly running and I also have heat again during this brutally cold winter that I couldn’t have accomplished without you both!!! You’re both Angels 😇 Thank you AutoZone for your tool loan program & for likes of hiring great employees Vincent, Joel, & most importantly, the wonderful Ashley, because she truly cares about making sure every customer has what they really need to have their cars running as well as they can be. Since myself & everyone I named is Dominican, I can proudly say, “Mi gente, Dominicano, somos las mas mejor del mundo!!!” 🇩🇴 Hallelujah & Amen 😇🙏🏽 Now, I’m unstuck and movin’ on. As Tia Daisy (RIP) always said, “¡Sigue parriba y palante, siempre!” ♾️
