I pulled in the next bay. We were both next in our bays. The car in front of me was done after about 5-7 minutes of waiting. Same amount of time the other customer waited. An employee then walked up to me and barked “back up”. I asked why and he said “he was here first.” I looked over at the guy who was on his phone not paying attention at all then told the employee I wasn’t going to move because I’d been here waiting and it’s not fair. He said “you’re going to move because I say so” immediately I left to take my money elsewhere after he insisted I move backwards in line. You’ve lost a customer for life Valvoline. I’ll be sharing this story with my friends, family and everyone else who has ears. Totally unacceptable behavior for a place of business. They should be embarrassed.
