The workers are also standing around laughing and cracking jokes, and it barely looks like anyone is actually working. I asked how much longer and the worker looks me dead in my face and doesn’t respond, thus making me have to repeat again. This is honestly the most unpleasant valvoline experiences I’ve had before, the workers just weren’t providing quality service I’m used to. Also no info about my car was given as normally happens in regards to suggestion or knowing everything under my hood is fine and checked. The workers only said the air filter was clear and showed me the oil.
