Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out — she made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days, and Sarah made me feel valued as a customer.   I had a great experience with Enterprise. The rental agent Devonte was super helpful & had great customer service skills. I rented a car but it was too low Devonte was able to provide a replacement pretty quickly with no hassles. I would definetely rent from Enterprise again.

  Extremely Disappointing – Dishonest and Unprofessional Service If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, but my experience at the Greenbrook location was completely unacceptable. Last week, I was given a rental vehicle with the check engine light on. When I questioned it, even the manager said it was “fine.” I had to return that car and switch it out — a frustrating and stressful process. To make up for the inconvenience, I was told I could return the replacement vehicle with a half tank of gas. Fast forward to this week — I needed another rental while my car was at the dealership. I spoke with Devonte, the same person who gave me the vehicle with the engine light. At first, he said they had cars available. But as soon as I mentioned needing a ride to the dealership, he suddenly claimed there were no vehicles and that I’d have to go to another location. When I pointed out the contradiction, he became defensive and refused to provide his area manager’s contact information. Instead, he transferred me to customer service, where I left a message and was told the area manager was “busy helping another customer” but would call me back. That call never came. The most outrageous part? Customer service was able to make me a reservation at that exact same location and confirmed they had plenty of vehicles available. So not only was I lied to, but they clearly tried to brush me off and make things harder for me on purpose. This is not how you treat loyal customers. The assistant branch manager was dishonest, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Based on other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who’s had a bad experience here. To make matters worse, I never heard back from the regional manager — another broken promise. Enterprise is supposed to stand for good service and integrity, but this location completely missed the mark. From being given a car with a check engine light, to being lied to about vehicle availability, the entire experience was stressful and disappointing — especially when I was simply trying to get my car repaired at the dealership. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Enterprise needs to retrain the entire management team at the Greenbrook location — the level of customer service is unacceptable.
