I called STS as they were the closest to me and Davis answered the phone and said to come on by even though they were minutes from closing. I came in and Yobany the mechanic took my car right away and diagnosed the issue. They were able to plug the tires and save it! Huge lifesavers these guys. Can’t thank them enough for their kindness and service.

Assistant Manager Leon, David, and Mechanic Eric are surprisingly customer-focused and it seems clear that Store Manager Jamal has succeeded in setting the tone for his staff to be as collaborative as they are professional with clients old and new. Tire shopping and mechanical repairs can be stressful so I very much appreciated this store's emphasis on education and customer satisfaction. This may be a stripped-down, no nonsense environment (no beverages or snacks are offered, no high-end decor in the waiting area) but the service is friendly and the teams treats you like they really want to be your car care solution. I'm very pleased with the advice I got, the tires and shocks I bought, and the plan we made to ensure my car goes as long, and well, as Volkswagen intended (another 90k miles).

When I asked them about my struts, I was told they were fine. How dare you take advantage of people!!!! Need less to say you’ll never see me there again.
