- JSJoAnne SokolskiApr 16, 20261.0I came in for an oil change . Waited over an hour in lane 2 while lane 1 had the same amount of cars were completed, I was still sitting. When I questioned the tech I was told he would get to me. He never showed me my filter nor did he go over his checklist with me. He was rude and seemed annoyed. My last experience the technician was nodding out over my engine. I like the connivence of the shop ,and the price ,but in the future I will not come back to this location.

- JGJason GoldbergMar 24, 20261.0Never again will I go there they cross threaded my drain plug in my oil pan and spent 20 minutes trying to explain it away . Im a diesel mechanic with 35 years of industry experience .The manager got offended when I asked to see the drain plug that came out and when I saw it it was obvious that it was stripped upon reinsertion not removal threads stripped at the insertion end and clean at the back of the plug . This is what happens with inexperienced labor at or slightly above minimum wage without proper training . If they spent more time learning there trade instead of trying to upsell air filters things like this wouldnt happen .
