  I had a great experience, from start to finish. Brian met me at the door and took the time to listen to what I needed. Jeff understood what I needed, and said they could help. Vince was great and walked me through the process, Chris made it happen. It all was an all star team. I got a great car at a great price! I thank the Lord for these gentlemen.   I’m extremely happy with my purchase of this gorgeous Ford F-150 XLT—an amazing truck at a great price. Ross was my salesman, Chris was the finance manager, and Carmine (the owner) were all true stand-up gentlemen. They took the time to help me strategize the terms that made the most sense for my situation and made sure every need was met. The entire process was quick, fun, and genuinely personable.   Very smooth puchase experience. Generous trade in allowance. Left with a new used vehicle and a check for the difference between my trade in & purchase price. Had a suspension noise that wasn't heard on road test. Brought it back for n/c repair after 2 days. No problem, Carmine repaired asap. Very reasonable pricing I sent my grandson in for a vehicle. Again he took care of him personally and worked a deal with an extended warranty. Can't say enough of sales professional experience

  Last month I purchased a Mini Van for my son and daughter-in-law. I purposely waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure if we had any particular questions after we purchased the vehicle, how we would be received. Well, my question has been answered. When I called with a few questions, I was received with the same excellent customer service I was met with upon coming on the car Lot. Particularly Tommy, my sales agent. I truly appreciate his attention to detail. He treated me like a friend, I would purchase a car through him and the Good Wheels dealership in the future.
