I had a horrible experience with a car that I purchased from Matt Blatt KIA - my 2022 Seltos engine seized and they basically told me too bad. I walked into Good Wheels one evening and they saved me in this situation After a short visit - I drove out in a beautiful pre-owned Nissan Rogue. They made the process so smooth including a new price - less than I was paying for a considerably nicer car! Tommy and Jeff are the Dynamic Duo !!!of car dealers!!! - SKSarah KingOct 6, 20251.0Broken down on the side of the road with a truck that I just got couple months ago from here. It's been a battle since I got the truck from here. Don't believe their safety checks they do because my breaks just completely went on the highway (like paddle to the floor). I've had to fight with them and their mechanics to even get a power steering pump, back back breaks, ect... after their safety check because I took it to my machanic and he over looked everything. I told them about the front and back breaks and they would only replace my back breaks THAT I HAD TO PAY HALF FOR AS WELL just because "their" mechanics said my front breaks were good. Clearly not....Place is a complete joke. Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed is false advertisement because I have been far from satisfied from the start but what are you going when you already have and signed for the truck.
