I was told a driver would be out to pick up my vehicle as the contract with Peddle to remove a car that was no longer drivable. Per the dispatch person I spoke with, the driver would be there from 11AM to 3PM. They were a no show, but I agreed to reschedule for the next day, assuming the same time. The next day, at 9:59AM, they said the driver would be there WITHIN the hour. That would mean BEFORE 10:59AM. After sitting there and waiting I called at 11:35AM. I was then told that the driver had another car to pickup in another location. Why would you tell me the driver would be there WITHIN an hour? To make yourself feel good?? And what does the driver having to pickup another car have to do with me and my time? Find a place that respects your time. After missing the first pickup I said my mechanic (the location of the vehicle) was charging me an additional $15 for the car to kept there for the additional day. The driver took the car after 2 1/2 hours (this is squarely on the dispatch) but I was not paid the $15 to cover the additional storage day. And I just saw another review from someone else. The driver said the catalytic converter was removed and deducted $100 from the original agreed price.

How does the cash-for-cars process work?
The cash-for-cars process typically involves four steps: first, contacting the company to provide details about your vehicle; second, receiving a cash offer based on the information provided; third, scheduling a convenient pickup time if you accept the offer; and finally, completing the necessary paperwork and receiving immediate payment when the vehicle is collected.
Will I receive cash the same day?
