I called there to get some information on a part I needed to purchase an employee answered and said please hold then got back on the phone and I asked him about the part I needed then he very rudely started having a conversation with another customer but, never told me to hold or nothing..I kept saying hello hello..then he just put phone on hold now I am listening to music. I hung up and called back same guy answered! I asked him his name and he said D love..I said, I was just talking to you and you rudely put me on hold after talking to someone else while on the phone with me..and not asking me to hold again..Horrible worst service ever! I received a call back from a manager and tried to help but he didn't think the other guy did anything wrong..We are reporting this experience to their corporate office also..Don't call for help at this location..beware!!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
