  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited this location and felt compelled to leave a review recognizing Store Manager Johnny and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that there has been a positive shift in the overall energy of the building. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and well organized. The store itself looks outstanding. The sales floor is clean, fully stocked, and neatly faced, which reflects strong leadership and attention to detail. Every team member I encountered was engaged, knowledgeable, and ready to assist. It is evident that Johnny has set a high standard and that the team takes pride in maintaining it. Customer service was efficient and courteous, and the overall experience felt smooth from start to finish. It is refreshing to walk into a store where the culture, presentation, and service all align at a high level. Great leadership creates great environments, and this location is a clear example of that. Keep up the excellent work.

  I’m only giving 2 stars because one employee actually did their job — the rest were terrible. I was sent to three different AutoZone locations for a battery replacement in 3-degree weather. When I finally arrived at the Garfield location, I stood inside for about 15 minutes before anyone helped me. A female employee came out, had me turn the car off, confirmed the battery was dead (which I already knew), then told me she didn’t know how to install it and claimed I’d need a mechanic because parts had to be removed from the engine — which was completely false. It’s a simple battery with a few clips. She asked another coworker for help, and he laughed and said no because it was cold. I was then told I could either get a jump and leave or wait 1–2 hours for a manager. After already wasting over two hours, I was beyond frustrated. Thankfully, a young employee named Wildy came from the back, asked to see my car, and immediately stepped up to help. He was respectful, professional, and worked with me outside until the job was done. After helping me, he even went on to assist an elderly woman who had been waiting outside for 40 minutes, after the same staff refused to help her as well. The fact that employees can choose whether or not they want to help customers is unbelievable. Wildy was the only bright spot in an otherwise awful experience. 0 stars for the store, 5 stars for Wildy. He deserves real recognition — thank you again!

  Horrible customer service sadly disappointed how I was treated here went in causally and went to check out and young kids were just having a conversation as if I wasn’t there.When l asked for something that was lock up in display young man gave me attitude and when I paid he didn’t give me my items I had to bend forward in the counter to get my item.Truly sad
