We have a business account with this store, and it is expected that the staff are properly trained on how to communicate professionally and not bring their personal issues into the workplace. Unfortunately, one of the employees, Diana Tineo, was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke aggressively, used inappropriate language, and made insulting remarks in Spanish—assuming I wouldn’t understand—while on the phone. After ending the call, she directly insulted me, even though I hadn’t spoken to her. Only after she cursed at me did I respond and then left the store.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a professional setting. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better training and supervision for their employees.

Hoy 19 de octubre 2025 entiendo lo del idioma pero según AutoZone hace anuncios de n la TV en español las personas que atendieron a las 8:30 eran tan prepotentes que se miraban la cara no quisieron ayudarme le pregunté a una de las muchachas que si me podía ayudar dijo que no hablo español en español y yo se que si habla español pero que mala atención sinceramente son empleados y lo tratan a uno como si uno fuera a pedir regalado se que otras sucursales no son así

Excellent Service – Thank You, Bryan!
My car battery died just a short walk away from this AutoZone. I had jumper cables and access to another working vehicle, but I had no idea how to actually jump-start the battery. Desperate and stranded with my two young children, I walked to AutoZone hoping to find someone who could help.
I asked a few employees for guidance, and that's when Bryan stepped up. He was kind, calm, and incredibly helpful. Without hesitation, he offered to assist me with my car. Thanks to his knowledge and willingness to help, we were back on the road in no time.
Bryan truly went above and beyond, and I can't thank him enough. I’ll definitely be returning to this AutoZone for any future car needs — and I’ll be asking for Bryan by name. Outstanding service!

En el día de hoy 22 de septiembre del 2025 fui a la tienda de AutoZone en busca de mi un remplazo de batería porque mi carro no arrancó en la noche anterior y por la mañana fui a mi mecánico y me dijo q el problema es de batería no del alternador porque hacía 9 meses avía comprado la batería en autozone y estaba en garantía . Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida primero la muchacha q me atendió estaba tratando de venderme una batería nueva y le dije q no que quería la que me correspondía por la garantía y necesitaba q alguien me la cambiara porq iba a trabajar en fin tuve que quitar yo mi batería y cuando entro a la tienda se metieron 20 minutos buscando mi batería porque decía q quedaban dos y no las encontraban después q apareció fui a ponerla terminé con todo mi pantalón. Lleno de grasa y tuve que irme a mi casa a cambiarme de ropa porq no podía ir lleno de churre al trabajo la verdad muy mala esperiencia y la atención malísima ojalá q esta ves mi batería dure porq paque 200 dolares por una batería q dure dos años y ya tuve que utilizar la garantía tal ves el trato caduca junto con la garantía
