The worst customer service experience i have had at an Autozone. Will definitely skip this store so i dont have to deal with Welding or whatever that boys name is.
Went before and the guy from a week a go was good.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Walked into this AutoZone and apparently customer service is optional because not one of the two associates bothered to greet us. Cool. But the second a man walks in? Boom — suddenly the girl behind the counter finds her voice. Interesting how that works.
Then I go to check out, and the same girl is standing there doing absolutely nothing but still can’t acknowledge us. I had to ask her if she was open — and she looks at the stuff in my hands and tells me, “You can go to self-checkout.”
Ma’am… YOU get paid to help customers. I do not clock in for AutoZone. 🤨
And what really sealed this review is when the person with me asked her a question in Spanish and she decides to respond in English for no reason at all. The attitude was unnecessary and honestly embarrassing.
It be your own people sometimes.
If this store wants to stay in business, maybe start with the basics:
✔️ Greet customers
✔️ Engage with the people standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU
✔️ Thank customers for choosing your store
✔️ Train your associates to not pick and choose who they acknowledge
Because right now?
This location is giving untrained, uninterested, and unprofessional.
Do better.

Bad experience, one of the cashier was giving me attitude. I guess she hates her job, and the other cashier was nice and tried helping but she sold me the wrong battery for my keys.

We have a business account with this store, and it is expected that the staff are properly trained on how to communicate professionally and not bring their personal issues into the workplace. Unfortunately, one of the employees, Diana Tineo, was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke aggressively, used inappropriate language, and made insulting remarks in Spanish—assuming I wouldn’t understand—while on the phone. After ending the call, she directly insulted me, even though I hadn’t spoken to her. Only after she cursed at me did I respond and then left the store.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a professional setting. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better training and supervision for their employees.
