There was supposed to have been a notification in the app where I could’ve done this. Nope not there. I called customer service and they were not able to help me. They sent me a downloadable version of the lease which I have to mail back to them. This isn’t saving time. Why good is the app then?? I also spent FOUR hours at the DMV to obtain my temporary license because there was an issue on INTOXILOCK’S end because someone didn’t put in the right information. Horrible! Lastly, I haven’t even begun to drive my vehicle with this device. I can only imagine that it’s going to continue downhill from here. Let’s hope I’m really really surprised and wrong about that. This situation is unfortunate. People are already in a bad place when they come to company’s like yours. You should be able to help them not make it more difficult.
