  Horrible service. I always knew not to use Safelite but my insurance company has them as their preferred provider and offered to handle all the paperwork. So I figured I'd give them a shot. Boy was that a mistake. They took my deductible, scheduled an appointment (7 hour window), and then never showed up. They then called to say they needed another 2 hours... So even after 9 hours they still never showed up. No one answers the phone and they don't respond to emails. They stole my money and never replaced the windshield at all. Scam.

  Came in today for windshield replacement Got me out in less than two hours (Made Appointment) Technician was extremely professional and courteous. I noticed all the techs treating other customers with the same etiquette. Highly recommend this location

  There's not alot to say about the process of getting a new windshield - thanks to efficient and painless way safelite handled it. I did the in-shop option, and was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the place. There's a comfortable workspace area if you want to bring a laptop to while away the couple hours it takes for the job. Bottled water/coffee etc. Superclean and nice restroom. Staff seem well-trained.

  Professional, super easy, love how easy it was to claim insurance right on their site!! The technician was super friendly and courteous, professional, communicative before and during the work. He completed his work quickly and was really nice!! I love Safelite and wish all customer experiences were as easy, seamless, and professional!! 10 out of 10!!

  Tech showed up without a tool to do job. Came back in a reasonable time frame though. I was first on list of jobs for the day. Job seems ok although I see more foam on 1 side than the other on bottom of windshield. The rubber on outside on both sides seems very loose now as well. Not entirely sure if job was done correctly to be honest. Tech left trash from job around vehicle. The windshield was streaked all over with smudges. You'd think it would look pristine clean at finish but it was just put in and left as is. In the end this seems petty, but it also seems like it's part of the job that wasn't done. Presentation is everything in repairs. The most glaring item was the 2 giant black smears that were left across my dash. Hard to miss those. They were very hard to get off too. This should not have happened and should've been cleaned as well as the whole windshield at job end. I did tip the Tech and partly regretted it after he left and I noticed everything he didn't do. Would not recommend this company with this lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Hopefully this draws attention to increase the level of service provided going forward.
