  I want to take a moment to recognize Michael from Mavis in Freehold , NJ. I called for tires and he was so supportive to make sure I received the best tires for my truck and at the most competitive price he can. I was very impressed speaking with him and I approved the installation. Michael kept in touch with me until the special order tires arrived and made sure I never came on a dry run. He called me this morning to come right over and my tires were installed and balanced in no time. Michael runs a great location and should be recognized for his stellar service. !!!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire Freehold thanks to Mike and the team. I came in with a nail in my tire, and they took care of it quickly and professionally. The customer service was excellent, friendly, honest, and efficient. They found the perfect solution at a great price and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

  The team at Mavis in Freehold was stellar. As bad luck would have it, I found myself at Mavis after recently replacing one of my tires through another company due to unrepairable damage. The recently replaced tire was giving me trouble. I discovered I had a nail in the tire that was again unrepairable and needed to be replaced. Although I had a bit of sticker shock when the team at Mavis recommended replacing two tires - everyone carried themselves professionally. It made the decision to trust Mavis with my car care easier. Everyone including Mike at the front counter was courteous and detailed in their explanations. The team was very understanding of my concerns and took the time to show me the location of the nail in my tire and why it is important to replace two tires at once. I do not know much about cars and repair processes, so the education about proper car care was super helpful. I never felt pressured during the tire replacement process and was empowered to make my own decisions. The customer service and care at this location is great. Car maintenance / repairs can be costly but a great experience and customer service can make the money you spend well worth it. Thanks to Mike and the entire Freehold Mavis team for a great experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😀

  Great Service!!!! I recently got a flat tire, put on my spare, and called Mavis Discount Tire for help. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Layne and Michael guided me through the entire process, making everything quick, easy, and completely stress-free. Their customer service was outstanding—both were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s not often you find a team that makes an inconvenient situation feel this smooth. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be back… hopefully not too soon 😄

  I’ve visited this Mavis location twice for flat tires and had very different experiences depending on the technician. The front desk staff is excellent—super helpful, knowledgeable, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. During my first visit, the mechanic was very pushy about replacing the tire entirely, claiming it was too old to repair. however, on my second visit with a similar flat, a different mechanic was able to fix it quickly and honestly. It seems like the quality of service depends on which technician you get, but the front desk's commitment to explaining tire types and offering discounts makes this a solid facility. I would definitely return.
