- DNDavid NocksApr 21, 20261.0I would never use this sad excuse of a service center again. Had an appointment set up for 2 weeks, took time out of my job and day to bring my 2025 silverado 2500 there for a small, consistent rattle under the dash. I show up at 830am only to be told my truck is "too big" and wont fit on the lift and i have to re-schedule at another shop. My truck is crew cab 8 ft bed, stock everything. Zero aftermarket modifications. Maybe you should check with the customer to make sure their truck will fit in your undersized shop and not waste people's valuable time. Or dont sell products you cant work on? But hey, what do I know? Im just the stupid customer right.
