Dear Intoxalock Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received and the handling of an issue that has directly impacted me both financially and legally. Due to your company’s temporary shutdown, I experienced a delay in receiving the necessary paperwork required to begin my court-ordered interlock period. This delay was entirely out of my control, yet it has resulted in an extension of the time I am required to have your device installed in my vehicle. What is most concerning and frustrating is that, despite acknowledging the delay, your company has refused to credit my account for the additional time I am now obligated to pay for due to circumstances caused solely by your operational interruption. This effectively penalizes me for an issue that I had no role in creating. As a customer complying with court requirements, I expect a reasonable level of accountability and fairness. Extending my financial obligation because of your company’s shutdown is unacceptable. I am requesting that Intoxalock review my case and issue an appropriate credit for the additional time I have been forced to carry the device. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly and fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint further.
