  My husband and I bought our first Subaru yesterday from Mike Moursy at Freehold Subaru yesterday. I’ve never had a better experience at a car dealership. It felt like we had known him forever. I came in 8 months pregnant, and he made sure that the process was quick, comfortable, and clear. Not only did he discuss the entire leasing process, but once I had purchased the car, he sat in the new Subaru with us and explained how to use its features. I cannot recommend Mike enough. Thank you for everything.

  on april 21, i was 40+ mins away from home when my 2017 wrx wouldn't start. i had it towed to freehold subaru because it was the closest dealership. upon intake, i told jay the car had previously been looked at elsewhere and was diagnosed as a bad ac compressor. i sat and waited while they diagnosed it themselves. jay told me it was the battery and starter. i explained again that i thought it was the AC compressor. he insisted and i trusted him because they are the professionals. mistake. $1300+ and three days later, i pick it up, drive it home, and it doesn't start again. i have it towed to a dealership by me that diagnosed it as... you guessed it! the ac compressor. today, just seven days after intake, i call jay to inform him the work that was done did not fix the problem and i'd like at least a partial refund. him and the service manager decide they will only help me if i can get the car back there (because they don't believe me). unfortunately, it doesn't run because freehold subaru replaced the wrong part. so, i'd have to pay a THIRD $200-300 towing fee. 😎😎 multiple choice... will they: a. refund me b. stick by their work and deny refund c. ghost me d. cover towing fee so they can confirm it doesn't start before refund. guess we'll see tomorrow when i hear back from jay. maybe i'll get to change my review.

  It was a pleasure coming to your dealership and having a respectable and knowledgeable representative guiding us through the process. I came from Philadelphia to Freehold interested in purchasing a vehicle that we the family viewed via internet. We called and ask if the vehicle was available. They confirmed and we made an appointment to test drive. I was so nervous because this was my very first auto purchase through a dealership. The representative, Daniel Campos, answered all my questions clearly not imposing or rushing me to complete the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating the fact that we had to travel back to Philadelphia in ordered to get a certified check, because there were no local bank branches which i have in the area. So we returned the same day to completed the purchase. It was an awesome delight to purchase a vehicle from Freehold Dodge. I highly recommend this dealership. Continue to serve the clients as you do.

  Fred Cole was very helpful in finding us the new 2026 Subaru Forester we wanted. It can be very confusing. The more you compare makes and models, your head can spin. Fred had a lot of patience with us and I was thinking we were the customers from hell. Fred was truly a no pressure guy and spelled everything out in detail, very knowledgeable. His 5th year at the Dealership. We also learned so much about all the touchscreen features from Bri. She sat in the car with us and set up our Android phones. It was a lot of fun and amazement. I have a 2013 Mazda MX5 and the features on these new Subaru hybrids are totally. They thought of everything! Thank you again!

  This 021' outback 4s4btadcxm3103095 purchased in 023'/ 24k Mi Freehold subaru. freehold NJ 'if purchased new would've been on the desk of a local lemon law attorney by now. Over the few years the lock unlock function of key fobs stubbornly, randomly & repeadedly dont work. Freehold subaru saw no problem. Front passenger window months ago wouldn't go up. Freehold subaru supposed repaired at a cost to me. Recent cold weather with a brand new battery of 6 Mos old rendered the car unable to start or boost. Vehicle towed to Freehold tire center st freehold NJ, replaced a $400 battery. brought the 6 mo. old battery back to auto zone who load tested and advised nothing Wrong w battery? Not to mention the sub standard BS feature of coming to a stop, foot on brake & engine stopping-starting when proceeding? this is something of concern of being rolled over by an approaching truck in the rear of this 021' outback because 3 times when stopping at a red light the engine shut off and when proceeding, foot off the brake the engine wouldn't re-start & all the indicators on instrument cluster lit up, had to restart the car. Recent event where my wife, 70 yrs old legally disabled- primary driver comes out of a store, starts the outback, puts in reverse to back out of a spot and the car dies. This vehicle is being brought into Freehold subaru south st. Freehold NJ Tues morning Apr. 21st 026' south st and is not being picked up due to it being unsafe to operate. Until all the issues are corrected.
