  The roadside assistance center told me that I could leave the rental car locked in front of my house to be towed (due to it not working properly), and I could return the keys to the Enterprise storefront later in the day. They assured me that the car could be towed while I was at a doctor's appointment without the keys. Instead, the towing company called me while I was at the doctor to say they were at my house and couldn't tow the car without the keys. I told the towing company that I was given misinformation and could not get the keys to them. I returned the keys to the storefront as instructed and told the manager there what happened. The manager at the storefront assured me that they would arrange the towing. Later in the day, the towing company called me again when I wasn't home. I chose not to answer the call. The car was gone when I returned home. The next morning the towing company called for the 3rd time while I was out and said they didn't see the car they were supposed to tow. They sat outside my house for at least 40 minutes. I know this because I arrived home while they were still sitting there. Enterprise wasted time and money having the tow company come out twice when the car couldn't be towed: once because the keys were not available and once because the car had already been towed! Plus, I kept getting phone calls about the towing when I had nothing to do with it. This total lack of communication within the company does not qualify as "exceptional service" as promoted on the storefront phone message that I heard repeatedly everytime I called the storefront. Shame on you.

  I returned my rental car a day earlier than expected. I returned the car one hour after the office closed. I explained my case to the manager and they still charged me for a full day. Very disappointing

  Worst rental car experience ever! Asked for an upgrade and they gave me a car without a radio and an empty tank of gas. Never in my life after renting cars for 20+ years have I ever experienced such a problematic enterprise. I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere from here on out. Thanks for making it an easy decision to never use them again!!!

  Brianna was awesome from start to finish. I wasn't sure which car to choose. She was very helpful and informative. I appreciate her assistance every step of the way. The vehicle was clean and ready for use, and the process was smoother than I anticipated. I will choose this location for all my future rentals.
