They tried to sell her on needing new tires (the tires were replaced less than a month ago) and on top of that, they told her the battery tested no good and she would need a new one. She took it right to Firestone for a second opinion and wouldn’t you know it, the battery tested perfect. Super dishonest. No need to ever spend a dollar here again. No need for a manager to contact. Fix your staff.
