  I had the absolute worst experience with this U-Haul rental. I was charged so much more than I should have been. I was charged for 176 miles, and there is absolutely no way that is correct. The truck sat in my driveway for 3 out of the 4 days that we had it. I only drove it for one day and I live 8.5 miles away from the rental place. I was told at the rental place that they have pictures of the odometer before I rented it and after. They must have gotten the pictures mixed up with another U-Haul that they have there. Besides the miles we were charged 35.00 for using a hand truck which I specifically told the man when I rented the truck that I did not need. I was charged 20.00 for gas meanwhile I returned the truck with the same amount (1/4 of tank) as when I rented it. I was charged 75.00 for insurance which I did not agree to. In total I paid 646.72 for this rental that should have not been more than maybe 250. Also I was charged 5 times all different prices totaling 1150.39!!! My account is now negative and I will be charged approximately 140 in overdraft fees. I rented the truck they told me I would only be charged 100 authorization and then charged the total when I brought the truck back. When the truck was returned they then refunded 646.72 and charged me AGAIN 611.72!! Meanwhile all the other charges are still there (285.37, 130.38, 61.47, 61.45) I am calling my bank immediately to dispute the charges and calling every number I can find for U-Haul to complain.

  Esta gente son uno ladrones lleve carro hacer alineación y balanceó y no me lo isieron mi me cobran el dinero y luego me le daña una pieza ami carro tú k llevarlo a la mercedez esta gente son unos ladrones tenga cuidado mucha gente de freehold lleva su carro a cambiar aceite y ello le daña otra cosa son uno verdadero ladrones

  Called in to get a quote on changing all 4 brake pads. He got all of my personal info then after telling him the exact make, model, and year of my car he wouldn’t give a quote. Ke kept repeating it can be anywhere from $69 and up depending on the parts i need and saying “can i get you to come in tomorrow?” Even that didn’t make sense because i told him i would like the brakes and rotors changed on all sides. Other issues can be addressed after you look at it. After i said i would like the quote over the phone he hung up on me. Very suspicious be careful.
