The only thing avaliable was within a week which was not good for me, but I had no choice. It does have an option to click if something opens up, which I clicked hoping on a call for an earlier opening. My windshield, due to road junk had cracked. But by Tuesday it grew straight across on both sides of the windshield. I called safelite to see if there was anything avaliable to not wait until Saturday, especially because of the temperature dipping into the 20's and Thursday being NYrs day/ holiday. The only thing available on Wednesday was in Freehold 35 minutes from me. To avoid any further issues & time I accepted the 1130am in Freehold. I arrived at bit earlier than my time they took my car in quickly after my arrival. I must say the only thing was the distance and the office was very cold were one waits. Truly feel bad for the employees having to be there with minimal heat. That is NOT a good thing for customers and employees waiting/ sitting there. Actually it is a hazard, an unsafe environment. The four stars is because the work was done quickly I was out within an hour, thankfully

Finally on third appointment they installed. And to think they credited me only 50 dollars when they held up my return to Fla by 11 days. Shit customer service.

Made an appointment with safelite to replace on Wed 12/17. I received email, text, and phone conversation regarding my appt. I have a light bar so I removed everything to prepare for the appt. Now, at 4:10p on Sunday I get an email from a manager stating they can’t come because they don’t have the part and just reschedules me for Friday when I am out of town. Again No way to contact anyone. Why couldn’t they let me know they didn’t have the part last week. I would’ve made other arrangements. Terrible.
