Ive been wanting to get oil change done all week but with two jobs it’s been hard to come in. Mike, the service manager, was so nice and helpful. He took time to recommend extra things needed with my vehicle. He also helped entertain my daughter while we waited for the service to be completed. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

The older front-desk employee was not just unhelpful, but actively rude and dismissive when I politely asked for minimal assistance with my vehicle’s caliper because I had just undergone surgery. Instead of responding respectfully saying "oh well we cannot just help you with one part of resetting the caliper instead we have to service everything in regards to issue at hand" he said I “didn’t make any sense” and that I “sound unorthodox.” As someone with not just a speaking disability another disability that affects the way i communicate , I found these comments humiliating, offensive, and completely unacceptable. I was physically weakened and asking for the smallest amount of help (twisting the caliper reset tool) and yet I was treated with condescension and a shocking lack of empathy. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply insensitive, reflecting a failure in basic customer service and staff training. Management should take immediate action to address this behavior, provide proper sensitivity training, and ensure that no other customer should be a victim such of demeaning treatment. A business that cannot treat all its customers with respect and dignity loses all its credibility and trust.
