I went in with a list of expected maintenance items based on the manual and online sites, but they were able to look up my VIN and found that more than half of the items on my list were not needed. They performed a thorough check of my vehicle and only found that I needed an alignment and tire rotation, but everything else checked out great. They are very fair and transparent and I will be coming back again. Also, because of this experience I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. Great job!
- DRDavid RobertsDec 23, 20255.0Probably one of the best customer service related car dealership dealerships I’ve had to work with, I have a fleet vehicle a Chevrolet pick up truck, which I brought to at least five times and there’s never any confusion or hassle whatever they say they’re gonna do they get done properly and for the right price and the time they said it will be done. I’ve dealt with Kate two or three times and she’s great.
