    Doug was amazing from the start. I came in reluctantly, as I love my car, but the lease was up, and he sold me the perfect replacement. He was fun, professional, and very generous while working the numbers. I will absolutely come back!

    I give Lester Glenn less than a zero. Bought my traverse in 2020. Replaced tires in 2023. Three days later alternator went. Less than 23,000 in 2024 alternator went again. At this point we said there was something wrong with the truck of course they said no fast forward on January 3 it went in for a new tire and of course on January 5th my truck died on Elton adelphia rd in front of the high school. Not only did the female service manager call me a liar(which I have on audio) my truck is still there (1/22) . We are refusing to pay for yet another alternator. The only assistance they offered was $200 off. They think and they’re standing by the fact that a Chevy truck made in 2020 should be on its Fourth alternator. Their service department is the absolute worst. We are now in contact with the Better Business Bureau and we will proceed accordingly. Chevy customer care does not care about its customer and that tells you all you need to know about a Chevy truck because they think this is normal. The truck has 112,000 miles. This dealership is a disgrace. Their mechanics are a disgrace. No 6 year old car needs. 4th alternator !!!! EDIT Absolute lies. They didn’t offer any assistance until I made this Google review and now we came to pick it up in the car is dead. They charged us $1000 we paid and the truck is dead. They can’t fix anything!!!

    Service dept is awful. The mgr Kate is nasty & lies. We had to have our car towed here (by Chevy) & they made us tow it elsewhere because they're busy. She threatened that it would be there for months. Next dealership said she lied. Their response below is a lie. She told me it would sit for MONTHS. She was mad we didn't have an appointment, but Chevy towed it there. Also, she had our info since Saturday & I had to go Monday at 2;30 because she hadn't called. She is nasty & lies.
