I brought my Colorado in for service recently. It had a heating issue and something going on in the front end. My service advisor was excellent. She took the time to go through my concerns in detail and brought in the service manager for a test drive so we could pinpoint a tricky issue without any back-and-forth. They identified two problems—one was fixed that day, and the other will be addressed once the parts are available. Communication was solid the entire way.

I had an oil change at the service center at 9:00 am and when I scheduled it I was told it would be about an hour. When I arrived I confirmed the time frame, as I had an appointment to get to afterwards. I even had a half an hour window for them to go over before I would be late. It took two hours and ten minutes after being told multiple times that it was almost done, making me late for my appointment that I should have had plenty of time to get to.

I had an excellent experience at Lester Glenn Chevrolet. Justin was friendly, professional, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find a car that fit both my needs and my budget. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their customers. I definitely recommend asking for Justin if you're shopping for a new car

I’ve had my car for 5 years and the check engine light has been an issue since day one. I’ve brought it to Lester Glenn Freehold multiple times and it’s never been fully fixed.
Most recently on 10/10/25, after failing inspection for multiple codes, they said the repair would be done in a day…it took four. I got the car back “fixed,” passed inspection, and by this Saturday the check engine light was back on again.
Today when I called, they asked me to bring it in but said no loaners were available for weeks. This is the same excuse they gave before, yet somehow found one then. It feels like they’re patching the problem instead of fixing it. I’m tired of the runaround and waiting on a manager to call me back. Make this right!!
