  My recent experience with Lester Glen was excellent! They went out of the way to insure my experience was as easy as possible given I had just had major surgery. My salesman Mathew was knowledgeable and easy to work with ,but above all kind and caring. Thank you Matthew!

  What a great experience I had at Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Freehold. Everyone there is friendly and makes you feel at home. I dealt with Jordan Fuhri with my vehicle. He was excellent! He walked me through the whole process and was extremely helpful. I dropped off my car at 7am and because I knew it would take a long time I went home. Jordan texted me a couple of hours later just to let me know that the car was still being worked on. I then got a text that my car was ready to be picked up a couple of hours later. I have taken a lot of cars in for service at many places and I would have to call them to fine out anything about my car. Not here! I got one of the best services I have ever gotten anywhere....period. Recommend them highly. Ask for Jordan He rocks!

  I am very excited on getting this new 2026 Traverse Z71. I was very fortunate to have Sam the salesperson working me through the entire process, with transparency and empathy, which means a lot for any customer. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that's interested in getting a new car.

  Possibly the worst customer service I have ever been a part of. I called Monday for an appointment with Paul for my mom to trade in her car. A lady called me yesterday to confirm my appointment with Paul at 415 today. I walked in, no one said hi to me just a very rude receptionist that said "yeah", I asked to see Paul she told me Paul doesn't work here today lol... The sales manager then brings a younger gentleman who said the going lease on any car is $900 a month, which is insanity, as I pay $515 with $2,000 for my Jeep Grand Cherokee L. My mother was so sick to her stomach at being lied to and mistreated, we decided to walk... I highly don't recommend this place as each rep said there's major miscommunication here.

  For my first service with my new car purchase, service was not great. I had a scheduled appointment for 8:30am and brought the car in early around 7:30am. When I called at 1:30pm to see what the status was, the car was not even looked at. I needed an oil change and a nail in tire. I got a call at 3:30pm saying my car was done but they did not tell me the service department closed at 4pm. Was not happy.
