  My husband and I recently had a great experience with Matt Carlin he was friendly and very knowledgeable, he asked us what we were looking for and being our first time at Genesis he listened. We test drove a gv 80 and knew it was the right choice. I was impressed how easy the process of leasing was and the paperwork was just as easy. Thank you Matt and the staff at Freehold Genesis.   President’s Day turned into new car day thanks to Alex Rubio. I bought my Genesis and the experience was top tier. Alex was knowledgeable, transparent, and made everything feel easy. No pressure, no games — just straightforward and efficient. Big purchase decisions can feel overwhelming, but this one didn’t. Absolutely love my Genesis.10 out of 10 would recommend him and the dealership! Also shout out to Audriena for making those 10+ signatures a fun experience as well.

  We just leased our third car from Freehold Hyundai, and once again the experience was outstanding! We truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Matthew Carlin always goes above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and never makes us feel pressured. He takes the time to explain all the leasing options, answers every question thoroughly, and makes sure we’re comfortable with every detail before signing. Matthew even follows up after we drive off to make sure everything is perfect. If you’re thinking about leasing or buying, I highly recommend Freehold Hyundai — ask for Matthew Carlin!   My wife and i went to genesis of freehold yesterday and met with Matt Carlin, he greeted us with a smile and was very friendly, he then asked us what we were interested In we told him we were interested in the gv 70 pr 80 then after chatting a bit more he took us out to look at the models. After looking at both the 70&80 we test drove the gv 80 and it was perfect the ride quality plus the perks we decided then to trade our Mercedes in, the process was smooth and by the time we were done we said our goodbyes as a happy customers. We definitely would recommend Genesis to family and friends.

  My mother bought a Genesis GV70 and Mike Krajewski in sales made it happen! After doing a lot of car shopping, working with Mike was a breath of fresh air. He was both knowledgeable and personable, and treated my mother like he would his own mom! :) Working with Mike and the General Manager, Eugene Woods, was a true pleasure. The communication was clear and honest and we never felt pressured. My mother absolutely loves her new car and can’t stop talking about how great Mike was! After buying the car, a tech representative (another Mike) was amazing and walked my mom through the Genesis app and the car itself until she felt comfortable. She can’t believe that they will be coming to her house to put on her new plates and give her an opportunity to ask any questions that might come up during her first two weeks of owning the car. Love the car and love the experience we had with Genesis of Freehold!
