Considering this is a Mopar branded dealership, I expected them to be able to service it since the technicians at a Dodge dealership are factory-trained on the same platform as Jeep technicians. I thought they would have direct access to the same OEM Mopar parts that a Jeep dealer uses. Unfortunately, I was told they DO NOT WORK ON JEEPS.
