They had an attitude from the moment that I walked in when I was asking for help solving a problem that they refused to even consider. I was directed to come to this dealership to help solve a problem on a warranty part from another dealership and they refused to even discuss the possibility. After agreeing that warranty covered parts can be replaced at any dealership, they said that they are “privately owned” and so they can refuse to help Ram customers if they want to. The only reason that I didn’t have the initial work done at Freehold Ram was because I called them multiple times and spoke with the service department, two messages were left and service advisors were supposed to call back, but never did. I also submitted a request for an appointment through their website and they never scheduled it or reached out. Horrible customer service, go elsewhere.
