Great people to work with, everyone I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time to explain, answer questions or help in any way they could. Except for the long wait (14 weeks) I couldn’t be more satisfied. Oh, one more thing, there should be a week of classes to learn how to use the instruments, infotainment systems and all the other controllable items for us old people!!!! Have a nice day, excellent experience.
Freehold Dodge is one of the best dealers around. We test drove a 2022 Wagoneer. Aaron and Dylan made our experience very pleasurable and they bent over backwards to get us a great deal. I have purchased many vehicles, and this dealer is a friendly, no pressure dealer who will get you the best deal they can. They also made post purchase experience a positive one. Thank you guys!

I strongly advise against purchasing any products from this dealership. I previously owned a Nissan Frontier, which was a reliable truck. However, as my lease was nearing its end, I decided to trade it in for a Dodge. Unfortunately, this decision proved to be a significant mistake. Within the first month of ownership, I encountered numerous issues with the truck, which have persisted ever since. The truck has repeatedly returned to the dealership for repairs, causing considerable inconvenience.
As a business owner, I rely on a dependable truck for my operations. Unfortunately, this particular truck has proven to be unreliable. While the service representative assisting me has been a pleasant individual, it appears that he is constrained by the dealership’s policies and is unable to provide adequate support. Despite following all their instructions, I have been met with repeated delays and unhelpful responses. Consequently, I have been forced to explore alternative options and file a lemon law claim.
I provided ample time for the dealership to resolve the issue, but it seems that they are unwilling to take responsibility for their actions. Instead, they are more inclined to engage in a protracted legal battle rather than addressing the problem directly.
Made an appointment ahead of time over the phone and explained the issue we observed with our car. The dealership explained that there would be a diagnostic fee to confirm what the issue is and told us to bring the car in the following day, first thing in the morning. We bring the car in when they told us, only for them to then tell us that the car will not be able to be looked at for a couple days because they are behind in work by a week. This included the diagnostic and not just the actual work, if any. Why inconvenience us and have us come in when you know you are backed up by a week? On top of that this dealership does not give you a service loaner if you didn’t buy the car from them. We will be bringing our car somewhere else going forward even if the other dodge location is further away.

Just want to give a big shout out to the service department over a Freehold Dodge Ram , my Pick up truck was leaking oil very fast. And the service department did a diagnostic test and found out that it was the cooling for the oil and also my axle was bent and I didn’t even know that. I had a warranty on the truck so all parts and labor were covered. Thanks again Jay and the service crew from freehold Dodge.
