Nicole truly saved the day and was the only person who fought to get me a last-minute vehicle. She’s genuinely the reason my day wasn’t ruined. Her patience, professionalism, and compassion went far beyond what I expected. Not many employees would go above and beyond the way she did, and because of her, I would honestly book with Enterprise again in the future. I can also say the car experience itself was enjoyable. Even though it wasn’t what I originally came in for, I ended up really enjoying the Nissan Altima and actually fell in love with the ride. For both of those reasons, I wouldn’t mind returning in the future. I just hope Enterprise as a whole works on preventing situations like this from happening again.
