- MCMike CMar 28, 20261.0Serious Customer Service Concern – Franklin, NJ Location (March 28, 2026) I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had today, March 28, 2026, at the Mavis Discount Tire location in Franklin, NJ. I stopped in because I had a flat front tire. While I was waiting, I noticed my vehicle sitting on the lift with the hood open, which did not make sense to me given that I came in for a tire issue. I politely asked the store manager why the car was on the lift with the hood open. In response, the store manager raised his voice and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner, literally yelling at me in front of a waiting room full of customers. This was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a management position. I was simply asking a reasonable question about my vehicle. A customer should never be spoken to in that manner. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years. However, after being treated this way, I will not be returning. I believe this situation should be taken seriously by corporate management. Professionalism and respect toward customers should be expected at all times, especially from store leadership.
