- CCCerberusFeb 24, 20265.0Had a low tire light on. I called them and they told me to come right in. Put my jeep in the lift and checked all the tires with a device. My tires were low because of the weather ( cold air shrinks) I would recommend that everyone use them. You will not be sorry.

They checked all 4 tires with a device. No problem with anything in my tires. They aired all the tires. They had low air pressure due to low temperatures. Very great service. I would recommend everyone in the area use their service .

However, I sent my son in with my car for an oil change and they talked him into (he says they didn’t even ask idk) extra services. A filter and a brake flush saying it’s recommended. Keep in mind, we had just replaced the brakes not even a year ago on our own. All of us on a budget know, lots of stuff if recommended. The oil change shot up to $350. I called and the man who said he was the manager claimed that my son had agreed to the services. While legally, sure maybe he did though he states he didn’t, none of those services were necessary. It felt predatory and I will not be taking my vehicles back to Mavis again. I have no problem paying for quality work. But paying $350 for a brake flush, an air filter, and an oil change is ridiculous. That’s taking advantage of the customer.
