- CMCarey MaheudaSep 29, 20255.0The battery on my Husbands Chevy died and I had to be jumped, came in to the Franklin store and was taken care of by “Nick F” , he explained everything regarding the different battery options, and even performed a battery ,alternator, and a starter test on our car, turned out the alternator was bad which saved me from 2 pricey repairs!!! Thank you so much again

Why do they hire people that don't know anything about cars? It literally takes 2 seconds to change I'm not paying an extra $5 for a wiper blade for me to have to put it on. Went to Walmart, paid half price, took literally 2 seconds to change.

I decided to try this location and called. Alejandro was very eager to help and advise me to come in for a second opinion. He assisted me, guided me with exchanging to the right piece I needed.
