  I had an outstanding experience at Bergen Autoworks and felt compelled to share it. Finding a trustworthy shop—especially for a BMW—isn’t always easy, but these guys completely exceeded my expectations. I brought in my 2013 BMW X5, expecting the usual runaround or inflated recommendations. Instead, they were honest, transparent, and took the time to walk me through exactly what was needed (and just as importantly, what wasn’t). No pressure, no upselling—just straight, knowledgeable advice. What really stood out was how much they went above and beyond. They treated my car like it was their own, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right the first time. The level of professionalism and integrity is hard to come by these days. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but Bergen Autoworks has earned my business moving forward. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs reliable, honest service.

  My first time there and I couldn't be happier. Not many people even want to try to deal with the complex convertible top of my 1999 SKL230. It was no big deal for Anthony and for less than I expected.. I plan on keeping that car forever, so I'll be back (though hopefully not too often).

  Can’t speak highly enough about Anthony and his crew. I ended up ruining my engine on my Jeep Wrangler and needed to replace the engine in my experience. Something as major as this usually never goes well. I have about 7000 miles on the new engine and the car is running fantastic. These guys do amazing work and I did find their prices reasonable. Thanks to them. My car is back on the road hopefully for a long time.
