But the stranger was speaking about how times used to be when you had representatives that not only listened to you and your issues but actually knew the products without pulling out a catalog to describe what they do and how they do it. That is rare nowadays when you go to a sales rep and they know nothing or why and walk you around the store to the catalog to read about the product that you could have done and go back to their cellphone with no further dialog. So I decided to take the ride after the snow ❄️ to experience what ever store and ever Manager should know and enjoy this rare opportunity to have someone competent service my Suv. In 2026 we grow in years but loose trust and quality at least I know where to find it now.
