- YCYehezkel Cohen1 day ago1.0If I had the option to give zero stars I would do it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place ‼️ I had a flat tire in my new car. I went to get the service to replace one wheel. The employee received the car and told me that my brakes were done and the car might have problems. I explained to him that yesterday the car had a comprehensive treatment at a Mercedes-Benz dealer and underwent a comprehensive inspection because it was still under warranty and was found to be in perfect working order. Apparently a technician tried to increase the sale but failed. When he came to return the car to me, he opened the door without any delicacy and hit the driver's door - the lift. Luckily, the car was not scratched. After that, when I checked the entire replaced wheel, it was found to be scratched with strong blows that were not on the two-week-old, completely new car that was purchased for a lot of money. I do not wish you and hope for you. Do not dismiss the bad experience I had. I expect to hear from the management of the place soon!!

Adding one star as I asked also to flush my brakes (but that’s quick, so let’s say the tires took 2.5h not 3) So what is the point of getting appointments if you have your customers to wait so long?
