  I received a rental car because of an accident that totaled my car. Enterprise came and picked me up, they had a 4 wheel drive car available to replace the one totalled because of the accident. They explained everything clearly. Their employees were honest and answered all my questions. Very professional in all my dealings.

  Worst customer service. I made prior reservations during the week to pickup on Monday at 8AM so I can drop my car off at the shop at 9AM. Got my rides in order so I can implement this schedule and be on time for work. I get to Ent at 7:50AM to pick up the car and they say they don’t see the reservation and that I have to pay out of pocket for the difference. I asked how that is my problem that you guys messed up with the reservation. I also show them my call log to show that I called to make the reservation. The lady in front tells me not to be rude. Asking how you guys messing up my reservation is my problem is me being rude? Since you guys messed up and ruined my planned schedule, you guys should be accommodating. Not telling me that I am rude. Then I am told that they will call me once someone returns a car. It’s 3PM and no call yet. Ridiculous! You guys messing up my reservation is not my problem! You guys just need to do better or at least be accommodating! Never using Ent Fort Lee again!

  Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I was told there was no car available to swap, which is very hard to believe for a major car rental company. The lack of options and flexibility was frustrating and inconvenient. Poor communication and unreliable service made what should have been a simple rental unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  We rented a car there and it was easy to pick up. The car was pretty new, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it
