    The young lady operating the front cashier at 2:30 pm Jan.9th needs to tone it down! She was undermining the gentleman in front of me! Very short, dismissive and rude! Seems like she doesn’t like her job. The customer was simply placing an order. Everything he asked for she snapped at him. He ordered a hot tea. Mind you she never asked him sugar or milk? So when he asked her for milk she very rudely say “we only have half & half” he says “ok I’ll take that” aggressively she replied “how many”. She definitely picked up I was in shock watching her and hoping she would speak to me in same manner so I could ask her if she was ok or needed to take a break because she seemed very off point with her customer service. It was not busy however in this industry regardless of busy or during difficult circumstances employees should know how to work well under pressure and their customer service should always be on point. They should also know when to reach out to management if they can’t perform their duties due to personal issues. I don’t know what she had going on in her day but she was definitely taking it out on the customers! My intention of this review is to make management aware and to educate her so she can learn change and improve!

    I regularly use this rest station. It's convenient and I've never had any issues with their restrooms. Inside, there is a Nathan's hotdog, Burger King, and Dunkin Donuts. The Burger King there is also open late.

    The service area is located in Forked River, New Jersey. It is on the Garden State Parkway and named for Celia Cruz. Celia Cruz was a singer and various exhibits depict her life. They also have an additional exhibit of people in the New Jersey Hall of Fame. Nathan's, Starbucks, Dunkin Doughnuts and Auntie Anne's are available for dining. Ample parking and seating. Bathrooms are well-maintained.
