- MPMarianne Peralta4 days ago1.0Im very disappointed and irritated I got 1 tire changed on my toyota Monday, I went to work on friday came back home and my toyota emblem on the tire was gone along with the one lug nut missing I have pictures of proof. this has never happend when I had my father or pepboys do it. I just needed it done quick so I went to mavis , very big mistake since last time I had my sensor changed they never did it and charge me so much money for sensors!!!. 2 months later sensors came back and that one was done at rt 9 This is very bad workmanship and I would not recommend anyone coming here nor any mavis discount.

- KKKen KearstanApr 2, 20265.0I always get great service at this mavis location in fords I went in for a new tire and after they looked at the vehicle they noticed severe issues with my rotors and breaks Unfortunately I could not afford the amount of work that needed to be done. Since the damage on my breaks and rotors were so bad it was actually a safety hazard. Brendon the manager was extremely helpful and understanding He worked with me giving different options and costs options with discounts doing everything he could to bring the cost down so I could afford what needed to be done in order to make my Toyota Sequoia safe to drive. Najee was also helpful by offering some financial options with a mavis credit card. They are more like a mom and pop shop vs a typical corporate business Highly recommend this location to get work done on your vehicle Very honest and helpful staff and management
