  I own a small tour & car service business , so have a reliable and safe vehicle is the must for me . My brake had a problem early in the morning before 7 am . I usually bring my car to the dealership, but since the dealership was fully booked, couldn't take my car immediately, I had no choice but randomly searched for a repair shop on google map that could repair it right away. I saw Mavis having a very hight recommendation , so I gave it a try - I called Mavis around 8:10 am and the person who picked up my call was very friendly and immediately arranged an appointment for my car to be checked, and In less than an hour, my car was already at the Mavis . Mavis was very clean, and the air was fresh without the typical gasoline fumes of repair shops usually have .This was a huge relief for someone like me with asthma. The store manager Luis Rosa at the front desk who happened to be the same person helped me setting up my appointment was extremely helpful & professional and friendly. He patiently listening to my description of my car's brakes issue . The technician who repaired my car not only fixed the brakes but also gave the car a general inspection . He even invited me to go to inside repair place to check the wear and tear on my brakes and explained how and why my brakes had issues and how to maintain in the future, which was very helpful. Everyone works at Mavis not only is very professional and friendly, everyone is very clam and chilled with a smile . The whole place is so clean and neat - a elder gentleman, accidentally spelt a bit water on the floor, without anyone asking, there was a technician right away picked up the mop, mopped the floor. My car was fixed quickly, allowing me in time driving to airport picking up my clients with peace of mind. Thank you, Mavis ! You got my trust and I'll definitely use your services for sure 👍 5 starts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Mavis at Flemington, NJ !

  The staff at this Mavis location is the absolute best! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about their craft. I will go out of my way to visit this Mavis for my tire and brake needs.

  One of the best experiences as a young female by myself. I had an early morning emergency where work that I had gotten somewhere else was failing. They were very communicative clear and helped me get to work before noon. I live over an hour away and honestly ive already told my parents and boyfriend so we can use them to do any work on our vehicles. Super God send... thanks yall

  They were just about to close and didn’t hesitate to take my vehicle for tire repair. Very pleasant and happy to have a customer walk. I already had a bad experience at a previous mavis and this one reestablished my confidence at this store.

  I really wanted to like this place, but getting service here was a hassle. I was rescheduled twice. First because they were too busy and part of it i guess was my fault i couldn’t drop off my car for the day. I did ask them how long the service would take and they said 30 min but they would try to fit it in between major jobs. Therefore anytime before closing they would call. So anyways the second appointment mind you which I left work early for, they told me no one was available to do my service. So what’s the point of having an appointment for? Apparently they tried to reach out, I guess they did, but only had one missed call with no voicemail, so I had no idea that number was important or a scam :/. Anyways after being asked to reschedule a THIRD time I decided not to. I understand places get busy but better communication and sticking to appointments would go a long way.
