    Recently got a Tucson and worked with Shawn Feeney. Knowledgeable and even though I showed up right before close helped show me the differences for a few trims and cars. Worked with me and my schedule and even on his day off helped get where I need to be. Great salesman and not too pushy which is what I needed. He didn’t rush me if anything I rushed him. Appreciate it and all of the sales department at Fred Beans.

    If you’re considering buying a car here, think twice. I bought a $50,000+ 2026 Ioniq 5 Limited on Dec 31, 2025, and four months later I STILL don’t have a working charging cable—the most basic accessory for an EV. They gave me a faulty cable. I returned it. They gave me another faulty cable. Then they “ordered” a new one and never called me. When I followed up and went in, they opened the box only to find out that this one didn’t work either. Three cables. Zero responsibility. What really adds insult to injury is that the salesperson keeps calling my partner to ask how she’s enjoying the car, while ignoring the fact that they haven’t completed the original sale properly. This is not how a reputable dealership operates. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind what they sell.

    I wanted to take a moment to share my experience because the service department here is truly outstanding. My advisor, Ben (I believe), and the sales manager, Sal, went above and beyond to help me. I was dealing with a frustrating situation involving a warranty company from another dealership that was giving me a hard time about replacing three tires on my Santa Fe—which is no small expense. Without hesitation, both Ben and Sal stepped in and handled the issue for me. They turned what was a very stressful situation into a smooth and easy experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support. Thank you both so much!

    Late last year, a squirrel chewed through all of the electrical wiring in our car. After weeks of back and forth with our insurance, and calling around trying to find a place that would repair our car, we found Michelle and Sal at the Fred Beans Hyundai of Flemington. They were so communicative and helpful even before our car was in their possession, and they were patient while we had to work through our insurance to get the car finally towed to their location. They were amazing to work with and got our car fixed quickly and I'm so appreciative of their help.

    Extremely frustrating, incoherent experience. Absolutely awful communication, had multiple salesperson contacting me about the same vehicle, with repetitive and contradictory information, couldn’t tell if “Ayvah Jones” was a real person or an AI, didn’t answer questions, didn’t respond/call back in a timely manner (I called at 5 and again at 6, didn’t receive a call back until 7:50 when I had already assumed I wasn’t getting a call back), salesperson told me to call them then a minute later told me that they were off and then to text them (why would i text someone who wasn’t working?) asked multiple times if i wanted to setup time to see the car after I had ALREADY asked for a time and was ignored, just sent the same copy pasted script. Terrible terrible experience for someone who just wanted to get in and get the car!
