  Not a good place Especially when a claim gets filled months after No paperwork was sent Just a call from my insurance agent that this was happening 😳 almost 4 months later So now I have to do the leg work because they can't find my paperwork. When it was all done there in Flemmington when I swapped out vehicles due to a small reported issue that was filled already with the vehicle Mrs Katz words but then her story changed to it wasn't she went on to say she called me and left a message. Which is not on recorded on her end but I was told there was a voice mail left. My question is why wasn't I told when I dropped off the swapped vehicle off in the Flemmington location about it because I would have asked way before this so called voice mail was left But what do you know all the paperwork was found in a different location 🤔 plus the swapping out of the vehicles was also documented. Yes I swapped the vehicle out, there in Flemmington And because this location did go back and looked they came to the conclusion that the folks I was talking to weren't really doing their job correctly. Funny thing is that its the same company different locations And just for more giggles I called a 2nd locations in a different states just to see if this mysterious paperwork could be found And what do you know it was And without a claim number or policy number which Mrs Katz asked for. The other Enterprises found it with just my history date and description of the vehicle for the past few years of renting vehicles from enterprise They did not try to redirect my call and pass me to the claims department where they weren't even involved until after said paperwork was filled both locations in different states found my information within minutes 🙃 and had me in and off the phone very satisfied and without being placed on hold So now i have alot of information that was given by 2 different Enterprises and that they would send a letter in the mail Still haven't gotten that either from Flemmington Enterprise

  I had a great experience at the Flemington Enterprise office. Jason was able to match me with a car that perfectly suited my needs and made me feel comfortable driving. But the service was exceptional as he was able to pick me up and drop me off at the body shop which eliminated so much of my stress. It's never fun when your car is in the shop but it sure does help when you have Enterprise to make it easy and pleasant to rent a car. I am really grateful.

  The assistant manager, Jason was a rockstar. I'm very short and the car my insurance company wanted me to drive I could not drive. I could not see past the steering wheel. We tried a second vehicle and I still couldn't see. Jason picked up on the fact that I was really nervous and he put me in a different car. He took his time with me. He was not judgment at all and he understood my predicament. He was so professional. Even over the phone I had an wonderful experience.
