- JSjacek szapertOct 18, 20251.0In 2024 I bought Hyundai Tucson hybrid from Fred beans Hyundai of Flemington after a few weeks using the brand new car, I noticed that hybrid it’s not really hybrid because the fuel consumption is much less than the window sticker said 37 miles per gallon average I was told by the service department that those numbers will improve at the moment my wife made 22,000 miles in average is around 30 miles a gallon we are really disappointed we’re not saving the money buying the hybrid even worse, we spend more money to buy one At 21,000 miles one of rear shock absorbent get broke Dealer replace just one Everybody knows the shock absorbents should be replaced at the same time on the same axle so manufacture, save some money what’s a brilliant idea? It might gonna create some imbalance and cause a accident in the future If anything on the warranty will get broke, don’t expect to get a rental you on your own I spoke with service manager about the rental two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for him to call me back On the top of it something is making noise when I am driving unfortunately dealer couldn’t replicate the problem I contacted Hyundai headquarters in California and made them a proposition to buy this car back from me or properly fix it, but they are not interested Any suggestion what to do ??
