  Visited the Flemington outlet to lease a Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition and had an awesome experience working with Bob Escott and Jeff Agulo. These guys were super patient, really listened to what I needed, and worked with me to get a great deal on this beast of a car. They were not just friendly, patient and straightforward, but actually willing to work with you to make the numbers work. If you’re thinking about a new lease, definitely ask for Bob and Jeff. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I’d highly recommend working with these two gentlemen for your next ride.

  I can’t say enough good things about the service team at Fred Beans Hyundai. Dealing with major car issues can be stressful, but they made the process smooth and transparent. Vic is always professional and ensures I understand exactly what’s going on. A massive thank you to Sal, who went above and beyond to advocate for me when we needed to get Hyundai involved—his communication was phenomenal throughout. It is rare to find a service center you can truly trust, but this team has earned it.

  Great car, Great Price, Great Finance. Long transaction because our salesperson was working three deals at once in different parts of the dealership so we couldn't see each other. Unnecessarily delayed getting into finance because he was out on a test drive with another customer. There were other salespeople doing nothing, split the deal and let customers get the attention they deserve. And once the plate was on the car, he couldn't get away from us faster to work with one of the other customers. Didn't even have the courtesy to show us how to unlock the car or program in a cell phone, let alone demonstrate how the myriad buttons and displays work. Great way to sour a deal right at the end.

From start to finish, Shawn patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free. He helped me decide on the best trim based on my needs, provided constant updates throughout the process, and was always transparent and responsive. What truly stood out was his dedication—he stayed well past his work hours during a winter storm just to ensure my car delivery was completed smoothly. That level of commitment is rare. Shawn is extremely kind, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping at Fred Beans Hyundai!

  9/17/2025: Sales deserves a 5/5 rating, all thanks to Bob (Robert Escott). He made the buying experience extremely smooth and pleasant. 12/24/2025: Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was the complete opposite. Following up on the cancellation of add-on services has been frustrating. Despite being told that the services were canceled and refunds issued, the lien bank has not received the funds—even after three months. Attempts to request status updates were met with rude responses, including being told not to contact or message them. Emails and messages go unanswered. It’s disappointing that the finance department undermines the otherwise excellent service provided by the rest of the team 01/08/2026: Contacted all 3rd party services to check the cancellation status and all the 3rd parties confirmed that the services are cancelled and the refund has been issued to dealership on 11/26/3025 and 12/20/2025. But the dealership havent issued any refund to my lien holder yet. Will keep updating this review as i get more updates
