    From the moment I saw the SUV online I was dealing with Shawn Feeney. He answered all the questions I had by phone prior to even going to the dealership. When I got there, Shawn was very personable. Not your regular stereotypical car salesman just trying to make a buck. We chatted like we’ve known each other for years about every day topics. Shawn made my car buying experience easy and actually quite enjoyable. Would recommend this dealership and especially Shawn to anyone buying a car!

    This is for the Service Department, my normal mechanic Walko in Manville are the absolute best I heard a loud noise coming from right side of my 2018 Kona, I religiously bring my car for service and have had car since 2020-2021 to Walko. I trust them totally, well turns out spring/strut broke on passenger side, I didn’t hit anything or have an accident or go thru pothole. My mechanic and another independent mechanic said that shouldn’t have happened for basically no reason, he suggested I check with Hyundai to see if some type of Warranty and was told I had to bring it to them to find out, they couldn’t tell me if it was covered over phone. I then took car to Fred Bean Hyundai in Flemington, NJ. On a Thursday a.m. told part would be available on Friday and had to go to pricing and because mileage was ok for warranty but not year no warranty, No car all weekend, called on Monday they still didn’t have part, could be not until Tuesday, I had people driving me everywhere, I told them forget it I went back and took my car back, took car back to Walko my trusted Mechanic, they have one part and will get other one today, they are going to put both side struts on and charge me only $400 more for both new parts. Dealer was only going to replace the one strut which was refurbished for $900. they didn’t offer any deal whatsoever and they couldn’t even get the parts when they said they would for a part that was probably defective because it shouldn’t have broken in the first place. Dealers are always a rip off and I should’ve just had my good trusted mechanic take care of it in the first place. If for some reason I have to go to Dealer for anything again(which I pray not) I will go to a different Hyundai dealer. Another Dealer said I had to bring to where I bought it, which is also BS. I am extremely disappointed with Hyundai.

    An excellent car buying experience by any measure! I worked with Jim Sheehan as my salesperson and he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as hassle-free and straightforward as possible. Jim worked with their finance department to get my payment where I needed it to be in order for me to drive off the lot with my new (to me) 2017 Chevy Equinox the same day. He was patient with the many questions that I had and made sure that I felt entirely comfortable during the purchase process. When he handed me over to David Hoffman in finance, everything was plainly explained, and I felt confident and comfortable about the terms of the agreement I was receiving. When I experienced a small issue directly after my purchase, Jim responded to me after hours to make sure that I was taken care of and arranged for a complete resolution of the problem by the next morning. Absolutely outstanding service and I would recommend Jim and David of Fred Beans Hyundai in Flemington without reservation to anyone looking for a new Hyundai or a used vehicle.

    I recently bought my first car at Fred Beans Hyundai Flemington, and Shawn Feeney made the whole experience incredible. He was super helpful, honest, and just an all-around great guy. My dad came with me, and we both agreed that Shawn’s like a cool dad who totally gets it. He understood what we needed, answered all our questions without any pressure, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It felt more like dealing with a friend who wanted to help than a salesperson. Huge thanks to Shawn for making my first car-buying experience such a good one! I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

    One of the most dishonest and uncaring dealerships in Flemington. I brought my 2024 Hyundai Palisade in for some recalls and decided while I was there to look around at the newer hybrid vehicles you had in the showroom. I made eye contact with at least two sales people walking around and yet no one asked me if I had any questions, or offered any information about the vehicle I was intently looking at. Because my 2024 Palisade is a lease, I was possibly looking into trading it in early for a hybrid if the price was right, but sadly, your staff missed that sale. After about 25 minutes of looking at the Santa Fe hybrid and the all electric Ioniq in your showroom, I gave up and went to wait for my car in the service area. Prior to my vehicle being ready, I received a text with some optional service options I could have completed on my vehicle that day. They were windshield wiper blades, an air filter, a cabin air filter, and an alignment, all of which I declined. After reviewing the service invoice on my phone, I saw another charge for the "15,000 mile Service: General Repair" for $325. I did not have an option to refuse that one so I had to go up to the desk and ask that it be removed. The gentleman that assisted me went into the computer and manually removed the service. Had I not looked at the invoice that was hidden in the text I received, I would have never even known about the "15,000 mile Service: General Repair" and would have been charged for something I did not authorize nor had the time to complete given that it took almost 2 hours to do the recalls. I was told it would take about an hour. What brings me back to car dealerships and their service departments is transparency and honesty and I felt none of that while visiting your dealership today. I do not appreciate how you run your dealership and will be looking at other Hyundai dealerships when going in to service my car or to purchase a new one. My Palisade is my fourth Hyundai so I am loyal to the brand, but I am no longer loyal to you.
