  I’ll have to say that the experience visiting this dealer was the worst I’ve ever had out of all the dealers I’ve been to in the past 25 years. Shay was the salesman I interacted with. He was extremely rude, did not provide any answers to any questions asked, claimed that he had no opinions on the cars he was selling, and clearly had zero clue how to talk to customers in a respectful, or even a normal, way. The level of disrespect Shay presented was so shocking that it felt like his purpose of being there was to cause customers to lose their interest in buying cars there. He is clearly not suitable for any sales type of job, or needs heavy fundamental training on customer services if he’d like to give sales job another try. Will not come back to this dealer because of this experience.

  This is the fourth BMW I buy over the last 4+ years. As always, Anatoliy worked tirelessly with his teams to find the best alternatives and deal to achieve my goals for the new car. I keep coming back to Flemington to buy my vehicles because I know I will find great customer care before and after choosing my next car.

Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and honest—qualities that are hard to find. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and delivered top-notch workmanship. Highly recommend Brian and the entire service team here!

  This is the 3rd BMW dealership from which my husband has purchased a vehicle, but this is my 1st experience with BMW. Ralph was very responsive to all of our pre-sale questions and helped us arrive at a great price. Chris & Cindy made the signing of paperwork and all final post-sale steps simple and stress free. Overall, I would recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a BMW UPDATE = unfortunately, while the sales team members were very pleasant, it has become evident that a pre-testing inspection was not performed on the car. The ambient lighting was not working properly since Day 1. Now I fear other more serious things were unaddressed. This is not how someone should feel 2 weeks into buying a car :(

  Last week I had an unexplainable issue while driving my BMW X1. It quickly became undrivable. I happened to be driving Near the BMW dealership in Flemington, so I pulled in to the service department area. They immediately provided assistance even though I didn’t have an appointment. I had a busy day planned, so this could have been a major interruption. Instead, they offered me a loaner car and kept my vehicle for analysis. My vehicle was serviced in a timely way and during the process I was provided updates about the condition of the car. Thankfully, it was nothing major and I believe a technical issue. Every person encountered during the process provided excellent customer service. Brian, our representative was very informative and helpful. Considering what occurred with my vehicle was unanticipated, This situation could have been much more Problematic. Instead, we were provided excellent Service and support. Flemington BMW, and Their staff deserve an A+
