    While my car was being repaired from hitting a deer, I rented a car for a few weeks from Enterprise Rental in Flemington. Nick, Brittany, Brendon and the fella’ who picked me up (don’t remember his name😜), could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with! Their customer service is stellar, and I would recommend using them for your possible car rental needs!😊

    My wife’s car was hit, and this company was assigned our information. At first, they were very eager—calling me daily to schedule an appointment. We finally set a date, but when we arrived to pick up the car, everything about the reservation was wrong. Wrong day, wrong vehicle—they even had us down for a truck. Honestly, it was comical. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have any cars available. They said they’d call us the next day, but never did. We had to call them. Eventually, they told my wife that cars would be available the next morning. We showed up at 8 a.m. as instructed only to find out there were still no cars and no communication about the issue. What’s frustrating is that they called me twice a day before scheduling, but once we were “scheduled,” there was zero communication—especially when it actually mattered. My wife had to be at a work meeting by 9:30 and ended up taking an Uber. Do not use this place. Terrible communication and customer service. Use anyone else but them.
