    The old guy behind the counter was smoking. I don't think that's allowed but I don't think he cared. But they did have my parts

    I had a great experience at Advanced Auto Parts. A very nice gentleman helped me find exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to help with my car trouble. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I left with the right parts and clear guidance. Excellent customer service- highly recommend this store!

    You wouldn’t believe how mistreated I was by either the manager or he said he was the owner. I came in there and the young lady waited on me and she put in my windshield wiper blades for me. I gave her a $10 tip. I came back the next day to Return them because they looked odd on my car. They were too high up off the windshield where the originals from the dealership are flat so I came back. I called ahead of time and a gentleman told me that he will just send them back as defective after I talk to him on the phone, I drove all the way over there and he was not there, but the young lady that put the windshield wiper blades on for me was there. She told me that she has to call that person to find out if she could do the return but then this big ugly guy comes from the back. She told me that he’s her manager or boss and she told me she was sorry it was taking so long because her boss has the attention span of a peanut. I giggled but then he came out and I said I’d like to please get a refund he was I don’t like your attitude. I was what attitude I’m trying to. I’m a customer trying to return something. He was so jealous on the car. I was driving cause she told him what I was driving. He said I will have to deal with corporate. This place is must be doing very badly because it was hurting him so much to give me a $56 refund I have been shopping and buying things all of my life. I consider myself a professional shopper. I have never been so mistreated and so physically emotionally hurt by the way they treated me because there was another guy there that was a friend of his and he said he didn’t like the way I was treating this big ugly guy. If I wouldn’t have been very gentle and leave, we could’ve had a major fight in the store. that’s what he wanted. He wanted for us to have a major fist fight because he knew there was three other people there that would stand behind him and I was all by myself driving a very fancy car. They didn’t understand. The fancy car is 12 years old anyway do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

    Terrible service visit Advance Auto Parts in Fleminton, New Jersey, On, December 21 2025 To buy parts I need to do a tuneup on my vehicle. I was Waiting there for over 20 Minutes. There was Two people who works there, they were talking to their friends Without paying attention, I was there when finally one of the guys walked away. I thought he was gonna take care of me. He ignored me and he was keep talking to some other people who was just hanging there. I don’t recommend anybody Waste time coming to this place there’s a lot of good auto parts around
