The Mavis technician stated he was short staffed and needed some time before he could look at my vehicle. I told him that was not a problem. In a reasonable amount of time, he pulled my vehicle in and repaired the tire. When I went to pay him, he saw my ID and thanked me for my service. Also as showed his gratitude and waved the fee for the repair. I will definitely be using their services again and hope others get the opportunity to visit their Mavis shop

Bob, at the front desk, examined my car and assured me that they could handle removing the large nail from one of my rear tires and plug the hole. Sure enough, the service was performed in a timely manner. Super professional and friendly place. Highly recommend.

I have no idea why it was canceled and why they never notified me or called me before canceling. When you go there, easily expect about a 10 minute wait before anyone will even talk to you. It was such a waste of time. They are always short staffed, I have tried to go here twice and both times they have not been able to to give me any service. Obviously I will not be trying for a third time.
