For example, they said that our fluid levels were all fine, and yet they charged us for topping them off. They said that our tires were all fine with air, though we had the low pressure light on when we brought the car in, and it was still on when we took the car home. Suspiciously, they said that each of the tires had exactly the same tire pressure, which by itself is simply not ever going to happen. We simply can’t trust what they say to us anymore, after going there for 30 years or more.
