He brought me back personally and showed me the condition of my tires. I already was planning on getting new ones before the winter, and he explained how much time I had left on each one. After agreeing to replace them, he found me the best deal for my needs, and I walked away happy. I was very surprised too about the wait time. They are very efficient at what they do.
