    Hard to find honest people anywhere these days but Chanell made my night this week. Came from getting my oil changed and was told some brake bulbs were out and would cost $20 each to replace and said no thanks. Chanell showed me the least expensive ones which were only $9.00 for the pair!!! Saved me $31.00 !!! She could have easily showed me a more expensive version. Wow. It feels great when someone actually saves you money these days. Thank you.

    I recently visited the 445A Terrill Road location in Fanwood, NJ (Store #8414) to return a bulb my wife had purchased for me. She provided the make and model of the vehicle to ensure the correct part was recommended. Unfortunately, the bulb turned out to be incorrect, so I returned to the store to exchange it. When I attempted to return the item, the associate at the counter informed me that the part could not be returned. I asked him to show me where this was stated in the store’s return policy, but he was unable to do so. Additionally, the item is not listed on the website as a non-refundable product. As a customer, I believe you should be able to rely on the accuracy of a part recommended by your staff. Being told that it could not be returned—especially when it was the part your store suggested—felt misleading and was extremely frustrating. It also resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. Based on this experience, I plan to take my business elsewhere and highly recommend others to do the same.
