Even after that, she and her coworker gave me a very negative attitude. They were looking at each other, talking, and it was clearly about me. It felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. If they want to talk among themselves, that’s fine, but speaking negatively about a customer while the customer is right there is completely unprofessional. Respect is basic and costs nothing. I hope management takes note so this doesn’t happen to someone else.”
