I came in the day before, because I suspected that both my headlights had gone out which had Michael in disbelief because he never experienced a customer come in with both headlights out🤣🤣. However, Michael was excellent, from the time I walked into the shop the first time till the time I left the shop the next day. He shown genuine interest in the problem I was facing, as an ASM (which is unlike it these days) and went the extra mile to come out the shop and check out my problem with me. They were closing but he promised to be in the shop the next day (which he delivered on) to finally fix my headlights. I came in, the bulbs had already been ordered and delivered and I was in and out the shop in under 30 minutes. I am really grateful for my experience and I think Michael was the one who made it so seamless and effect. He had the courtesy to even come out and show me a battery problem I was facing so I can fix it in the future. He's definitely a valuable member of the Mavis Discount Tire team and I would recommend him for all the merits and awards due him. Ciao now!👋🏾
