You will have a great experience. You will have upfront pricing, which from my experience from the past isn't always something you get. I have had my breaks and oil change done on both of my car. I have still yet to encounter any problems from having work done here. Last but not least Michael is extremely helpful. He let's you know everything you need to know about the work that needs to be done to your car. He will give you different options of what should be done and give you all the information you would need, so that you may choose the one that fits you the best financially. I would give them a better rating if it was possible to.

I called around 10:00 AM beforehand, and the manager told me it was fine to bring it in as long as I arrived by 2:00 PM. I arrived around 2:05 PM, gave them all my information, and left to go back down the street to work, expecting someone to call me when the car was ready or before closing. No one ever called. Since I knew they closed at 3:00 PM, I went back at 3:30 PM, only to find the shop closed and my car locked inside. Because of this, I had to figure out how to get two hours home, and my car was stuck there overnight on Christmas Eve, with them being closed the next day as well. When I spoke to the manager when they reopened, he simply said, “Oh, we can perform the service,” with no accountability for what happened. Keeping a customer’s car over a holiday without communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place due to poor communication and lack of professionalism.
